The opportunity
Why add OMDDMS® to your training portfolio
Operating model transformation is a recurring board-level priority, and OMDDMS® is the only standard for operating model design and delivery. It fills that space in your catalogue.
Complements what you already sell
OMDDMS® works alongside the architecture, project, programme and service management frameworks already in most catalogues. It gives your existing delegates a clear next step, focused on the operating model itself.
Demand across sectors
Practitioners have been trained from public and private organisations in several regions.
SectorsNational and devolved government, local government, defence, global retail, motoring associations, management consultancy
RegionsUK, Europe, North America, Australia
An early-mover position
OMDDMS®certified training is currently delivered by two ATOs, one based in the UK and one in Australia. Organisations accredited now can establish themselves in their markets as the Standard grows.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
01Who decides ATO accreditation?
OMDDMS Ltd, the governing body of the Standard, decides ATO accreditation against defined quality benchmarks.
02How long before we can deliver courses?
The main factor is the Accredited Instructor Programme, which takes 2 to 4 months. The rest of the review can run alongside it, and the timetable is agreed with you at the start.
03Can we set our own prices and schedule?
Yes. Each ATO sets its own course schedule, delivery options and prices.
04Can we sell through resellers or partners?
Yes. ATOs can use resellers to sell places on their courses.
05What happens when a new major version of the Standard is released?
Major versions are released every 3 to 5 years. Certification is valid for the life of its major version, and a bridging course is available for certified Practitioners when a new version is released, which gives ATOs a recurring course to offer existing candidates.
06Do ATOs influence how the Standard develops?
Yes, through course feedback. Feedback is taken from every course and informs the annual review of the Standard. ATOs do not hold seats on the Steering Group, which is appointed by OMDDMS Ltd.
07What are the commercial terms?
Commercial terms are shared in the introductory conversation, once OMDDMS Ltd understands your organisation, regions and plans.
