Foundation gives you the common language of the Standard. Practitioner teaches you to apply it. Combined delivers both together. All are delivered by Accredited Training Organisations, and each level leads to a digital badge and certificate from OMDDMS Ltd on passing its online exam.
All three routes lead to the same Standard Certification.
If you are new to OMDDMS®, start at Foundation. If you have completed Foundation and need to apply the Standard on a live transformation, take Practitioner. If you know you want both levels and would rather complete them in one programme, take Combined instead of booking Foundation and Practitioner separately.
Each level is examined online and awarded by OMDDMS Ltd with a digital badge and certificate. The difference between the routes is depth and pace.
Establishes the common language of OMDDMS®: the standard definition of an operating model, the Content Model, and how the OMDDM integrates with frameworks you already use. The starting point for every certification pathway.
Foundation DetailsTeaches you to apply what Foundation establishes: conducting an OMDDMS® Maturity Assessment and working through every OMDDM phase, from Scope to Govern, as you would on a live operating model transformation.
Practitioner DetailsThe full Foundation and Practitioner curricula delivered together across four consecutive days. Each level is examined and certified separately, so you leave with both certificates.
Combined DetailsFoundation and Practitioner can be taken as two separate courses, or together as Combined. Both routes reach the same two certificates.
